Agreement to Terms

1.Informational Nature of Website
This website provides general project overviews, architectural floor plans, 3D renders, and pricing estimates for PVR Emerald Heights. None of the representations made on this website constitute a formal agreement of sale, allotment letter, or transfer of title until legally stamped and executed contracts are concluded with the developer.
2.RERA Compliance & Telangana Sanctions
The project layout is HMDA approved and registered with the Telangana Real Estate Regulatory Authority. Project phases, common amenities, open spaces, and possession timelines are subject to the registered RERA disclosures.
3.Submission of Name & Mobile Number (Contact Consent)
When you voluntarily enter your contact details and tick the affirmative consent checkbox:
You grant voluntary consent under the DPDP Act 2023 for our sales team to contact you via Call, WhatsApp, SMS, or Email regarding project floor plans and site visits.
You agree that your affirmative inquiry overrides National Do Not Call (NDNC) restrictions solely for communications regarding PVR Emerald Heights.
You may revoke this consent at any time by replying "STOP" on WhatsApp or sending an email to our Grievance Redressal desk.
You confirm that provided contact information is verifiably authentic and that you are not impersonating any other individual.
4.User Duties under DPDP Act 2023 (Section 15)
- Comply with all applicable Indian laws while accessing this platform.
- Ensure not to impersonate any other person when providing contact details.
- Ensure not to suppress material information when submitting booking documentation.
- Refrain from lodging frivolous or false grievances with the Data Fiduciary or Board.
5.Intellectual Property Rights
All branding, project renderings, architectural drawings, brochures, images, and website code are protected intellectual property of Sri Venkateshwara Developers and PVR Infra. No unauthorized commercial re-use or reproduction is permitted without written consent.
6.Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Subject to dispute resolution under the Real Estate Regulatory Authority and the Data Protection Board of India, competent courts in Hyderabad / Medchal-Malkajgiri District, Telangana shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
