Notice to Data Principals (Section 5, DPDP Act 2023)
This notice accompanies or precedes every request for digital personal data on this portal. It informs you of the personal data collected, the specified purpose for which it is processed, the manner in which you can exercise your statutory rights (including access, correction, erasure, and consent withdrawal), and how you can contact our designated Grievance Redressal Officer or make a complaint to the Data Protection Board of India.

In adherence to data minimization principles under Section 6(1), we collect only such personal data as is directly required for real estate consultation and statutory property transactions:

- Email address and residential city
- Language preferences (Telugu, Hindi, English)
B. Device & Telemetry Data
- Public IP address and approximate region
- Browser user-agent and operating system
- Anonymous session IDs for portal performance
C. KYC & Conveyance Data
- PAN and Aadhaar / Identity Proofs (during Agreement execution only)
- Cheque numbers / Bank transaction references for installment payments
- Co-applicant details for home loan processing
D. Physical Experience Center
- Entry visitor register and vehicle pass logs
- CCTV footage within experience center for safety
3.Grounds for Processing & Affirmative Consent Standard
Under Section 6(1) of the DPDP Act, personal data is processed solely where the Data Principal has given free, specific, informed, unconditional, and unambiguous consent with a clear affirmative action:
4.Withdrawal of Consent & Erasure (Sections 6(4) & 8(7))
Under Section 6(4) of the DPDP Act, you have the right to withdraw consent at any time, with the ease of doing so comparable to the ease of granting it:

5.Protection of Children's Personal Data (Section 9)
Our Uncompromising Commitments under Section 9:
- We do not knowingly process digital personal data belonging to individuals under 18 years of age without verifiable consent from their parent or legal guardian.
- We strictly prohibit and do not conduct any behavioral tracking, profiling, or targeted advertisements directed at children.

The DPDP Act requires Data Principals not to impersonate another person, not to suppress material information, not to register false or frivolous grievances, and to furnish only verifiably authentic contact data.
